Deciding the fate of St. Giles church

St. Giles Church in Hamilton may yet remain a neo-gothic landmark in the central city. This week the planning committee voted to declare the city’s intent to pursue heritage designation for the property, and the united church-affiliated owners withdrew a demolition permit. Lisa Hepfner reports.
