Contact lenses for diabetics

Google is working on a contact lens that could help diabetics.

While it’s still in the early stages, Google says it could measure glucose in your tears using a wireless chip and a tiny sensor. The company says it would be an alternative to having to prick your finger to do a blood test. Google says it has been talking to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration about it as well.
