Brantford police seek missing 75-year-old woman last seen leaving hospital

Brantford police are asking for help finding a 75-year-old woman who was last seen leaving Brantford General Hospital around 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Officers describe Patricia as a white woman with shoulder-length dark brown and grey hair who weighs approximately 140 lbs.

She was last seen wearing a bright pink winter jacket with black patches on the elbows, shoulders and around the base of the jacket.

Police say they are concerned for her wellbeing.
