The Air Canada flight attendant strike has ended following a tentative agreement being reached early Tuesday morning.

The union representing the 10,000 workers shared the news of the agreement on their website.

In the announcement, the union says the workers must “fully cooperate with resumption of operations.”

The union says negotiations were working on the agreement between 7:00 p.m. Monday night and around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday morning with the Chief Mediator William Kaplan.

The details of the agreement are unknown at this time but, the union says it will present the agreement to workers over a Zoom presentation.

Workers will now be allowed to reject or accept this agreement in a ratification process. The union says the workers’ right to vote on their wages was preserved.
