Businesses are booming thanks to the heat

The hot, dry weather isn’t ideal for our lawns but some businesses are banking in on the heat wave.

When the mercury goes up people head out in search of ways to cool down looking for fans, air conditioning units and maybe some ice cream!

At Canadian Tire, there’s been a spike in sales. Customers are buying what they can to beat the heat!

Employees are keeping busy because products are flying off the shelves.

Last year Wild Water Works had they’re 5th busiest season since 1983 with the turnout this summer, 2016 might hit the record books. And so could the weather, Environment Canada is predicting a warmer the normal summer.
