Burlington Mayor Marianne Meed Ward says they have updated “drive-by parade” guidelines after speaking with Premier Ford this morning.
Mayor Meed Ward says quote:
“in light of further clarification from the province about their emergency orders, the 5-car limit doesn’t apply to drive-by parades where people remain in their vehicles, don’t stop or get out”.
The city has now updated its guidelines with this new information saying drive-by parades and processions can continue.
