Bulldogs shut out by Ottawa

OHL action Saturday night, Ottawa in Hamilton.

After a scoreless first period, Ottawa opens ths scoring early in the second on the powerplay. Nevin Guy shoots it on net and Austen Keaton bats it out of the air. 1-0 for the 67’s.

Then at the 8:07 mark, a 2 on 1, Dante Salituro keeps it and scores to make it 2-0.

Still in the 2nd, now 3-0, 1:12 left and a bad Bulldogs giveaway results in a Travis Barron goal. 4-0 Ottawa.

Then with just one second left in the 2nd, Sam Studnicka scores to make it 5-0 after two periods. Five second period goals for the 67’s.

They scored 1 in the third. Final score was 6-0 for the 67’s.

Bulldogs fall to 6 and 12 on the season.
