Bay-sic training

It’s a big weekend in Hamilton this weekend as the oldest road race in North America is back. Around the Bay started way back in 1894 by the Hamilton Herald Newspaper and cigar store owner Billy Carrol and it established Hamilton as a running mecca for long distance runners. All these years later it’s one of the first races of the season, so Tim Bolen got prepped for the big race with Heather Gardner this morning.
