Baltimore building blast injures 10

Ten people suffered serious injuries in a dramatic explosion in downtown Baltimore this morning.  Two window cleaners were left clinging to a dangling scaffold for about half an hour before being rescued.  The blast, at the Baltimore Gas & Electric building is being blamed on construction.  Most of the building was empty, however injuries to nine people are described as critical with one person in serious condition.
