If you are looking for a new project in 2022, a real fixer-upper has hit the market.
A central Hamilton home is currently listed for sale on REALTOR.ca but it comes with a few catches.
The home on Wentworth St. is being sold “as is” and you’ll have to take a look at the listing to see the interior because you can’t go inside.
The listing emphasizes that “NO ACCESS IS ALLOWED FOR VIEWING” and realtor, Mico Brujic, says that’s due to safety concerns.
The two-storey house is described as being a good fit for an experienced builder or renovator.
The listing boasts some important must-have qualities like being close to shopping, parks and transportation.
Last year, an abandoned home in a highly sought-after neighbourhood off Aberdeen Ave. was listed for $500,000 and sold for over-asking.
