Niagara police say a man wanted in connection with a shooting in Niagara Falls has been arrested.
David Joseph, of no fixed address, surrendered to police at a townhouse complex at Kelsey Cres. Saturday night.
He is facing a number of weapons-related charges after a shooting at an address on Willoughby Dr. around 7:33 p.m. on Aug. 2. No one was injured in the incident.
Police previously described Joseph as “armed and dangerous” while asking the public to keep an eye out for the 28-year-old man.
Investigators believe he was moving throughout Niagara Falls in an effort to avoid arrest. He is being held at police headquarters in Niagara Falls pending a bail hearing.
