An Amber Alert has been issued for a 14-year-old boy who police say was abducted in Toronto.

Shammah Jolayemi was last seen around 8:25 a.m. Wednesday near Jan St. and Driftwood Ave.

In a tweet posted late Wednesday, Toronto police say they are “extremely concerned for his safety.”

Investigators say a black Jeep Wrangler with oversize front tires, and a front push bar with round fog lights was seen in the area where the boy was believed to be abducted.

Police have released three images of the suspect vehicle.

Shammah is described as being roughly six-feet tall, with a slim build, and short dark brown hair. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey track pants with a thin orange stripe, a shiny black coat, and black and yellow Air Jordan shoes.

Detectives are trying to track down the boy’s step-brother, Olalekan Osikoya, to speak with him.
