A man accused in the fatal stabbing of a Hamilton teenager has pleaded guilty to speaking with a witness in the case.
Twenty-eight-year-old Tae Yoon Park is one of two men who police say were involved in the death of Joshua Leo.
The 17-year-old was stabbed in the chest on Dec. 7, 2018, after an altercation erupted between four men during an alleged drug deal.

Police say Leo and an 18-year-old friend were waiting to meet a man inside a vehicle outside of a home on Pinewarbler Dr. on Hamilton Mountain.
The man showed up with someone else and the pair got inside Leo’s car. At some point, all four males got out of the car and Leo and his friend were stabbed.
Both teens were taken to hospital where Leo was later pronounced dead.
Park and 18-year-old Dawson Farr are charged with manslaughter and assault with a weapon in connection with the death.
On Thursday, Park appeared in court and pleaded guilty to breach of recognizance for speaking to a friend he was prohibited from contacting. The friend is a witness in the stabbing case.
Park was fined $100 and sentenced to 15 days with time served.
