Police investigate fatal shooting in Central Hamilton

Hamilton Police are still investigating a shooting that left a 53-year-old man dead in Central Hamilton.

On Friday, shortly before 4 p.m., Hamilton police responded to the area of Sanford Ave. North and Acorn St. for a shooting.

Investigators say a 53-year-old man was found dead inside a residence. Police have determined that the deceased male has been identified as Robert Barberstock.

Police believe this was a targeted attack and are currently looking for three to four male suspects who were seen fleeing from the scene.
