Tree of Life, Cancer Survivor Support Group

Hello everyone!

Whether you are newly finished treatment, years into survivorship, or still navigating ongoing care, this group was created with you in mind.

As cancer survivors ourselves, Andrea and I understand that survivorship comes with its own unique challenges and emotions. While there is often a celebration when treatment ends, many survivors find themselves facing a new journey—one that can include physical changes, emotional struggles, uncertainty, and the process of discovering who they are now.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where members can openly share their experiences. We encourage you to talk about the difficult days, the challenges, the fears, and the questions that come with survivorship. Just as importantly, we want to celebrate the victories—big and small. Every milestone, every accomplishment, and every step forward deserves recognition.

I am excited to invite you to the Tree of Life, Cancer Survivor Support Group Zoom gathering on Thursday, July 23 at 7:00 PM. This session will be an opportunity for us to come together, get to know one another, and have an open discussion about what we would like this community to be. We will talk about our hopes, expectations, and needs as cancer survivors and supporters, and explore ways we can encourage and help each other on our journeys.

This is a safe and welcoming space where everyone is invited to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas. Whether you would like to participate in the discussion or simply listen, your presence is valued.
