30-year-old charged in 3-vehicle crash in Brant County

Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 30-year-old after a three-vehicle collision in Brant County that sent four people to hospital.

The crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. Monday on Highway 24 near Burford-Delhi Townline Road.

Highway 24 was closed for a short time while police were at the scene.

Paramedics brought four occupants to hospital, including one with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Three of the four people have now been released.

Police have charged a 30-year-old from Norfolk County with careless driving.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
