3 men charged in St. Catharines jewellery store robbery

Niagara Regional police have charged three men following a jewellery store break and enter that happened on April 16 in St. Catharines.

Police say the group stole an undisclosed amount of jewellery from Penner Jewellers on Vansickle Rd.

39-year-old Jeffrey Martin, 29-year-old John Hill and 24-year-old Austin Anderson face numerous charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, disguise with intent and possession of break-in instruments.

All three men were already in custody for similar offences with other police services in Ontario at the time of the charges.
