Ontario Provincial Police were attracted to a vehicle in the Norfolk Mall parking lot Wednesday night, after receiving community complaints.
Upon arrival, police stopped the vehicle and took the driver into custody without incident.
Police charged a 27-year-old of Eden, Ont. with drive motor vehicle – perform stunt.

Another vehicle entered the same parking lot at around 9:56 p.m., which attracted the attention of another officer assisting in the first patrol stop.
A 17-year-old from Burgessville, Ont. was also charged with drive motor vehicle – perform stunt.
Both of the accused received a 30-day-driving suspension and two week vehicle impoundment and are scheduled to appear at a Simcoe courthouse at a later date.
