18-year old suspect charged in Buffalo shooting on 25 counts

Payton Gendron of Conklin New York accused of killing 10 people and injuring three on May 14th at a Buffalo supermarket was arraigned in Erie County Court today.

The highest charge of the 25 count indictment is the domestic terrorism charge in first degree. Life in prison with no parole. This is the first time a person in New York State has faced this charge.

Gendron has pleaded not guilty.
