17 year old from Hamilton was arrested after police say they found a firearm inside his home

Hamilton police tweeting a photo saying they seized a loaded pump action shotgun, a replica 9 mm handgun, black metal brass knuckles and ammunition.

Investigators say they received information about illegal activity at a residence on Garth street near Limeridge road west.

Tactical officers executed a search warrant and arrested the teen inside. He has been charged with several firearm related offences.
