15-year-old charged after driver caught doing donuts in parking lot: OPP

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a 15-year-old after a driver was caught doing donuts in a parking lot in Delhi.

Investigators say a Good Samaritan contacted police after they noticed a vehicle doing circles in the parking lot of the Delhi Soccer Park around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday.

Police tracked down the vehicle and activated their emergency lights but the driver failed to pull over.

Officers saw the vehicle pull into a driveway and the driver got out and fled on foot.

A 15-year-old was arrested and charged with fail to stop for police and drive motor vehicle with no licence.
