One person was killed and six others were injured after gunfire broke out early Thursday morning at a New Year’s house party in Calgary.
More than 50 people were at the party.
Calgary police say they were called to a home on 36th Street S.W. shortly after 5 a.m. when several people reported hearing gunshots in the area.
Police say an autopsy will be done Friday and the person’s identity won’t be released until then.
