Wanted Hamilton man

The Hamilton Police Service is asking the public for assistance in locating a wanted man.

Jahval Williams-Pownall has a warrant for his arrest stemming from an incident of serious domestic violence that occurred back in November of 2015.

25 year old Williams-Pownall is wanted on criminal charges of assault, unlawfully in a dwelling and possession of weapon for dangerous purpose.

Police believe the man is in the Hamilton area.

Williams-Pownall is described as black male, 5’10”, and 152lbs, with a thin build.

Police believe that he is being helped by people living in the Hamilton area to avoid Police.

This individual is considered to be armed and dangerous and police advise the general public to not approach or interact with this person.
