The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement – ROPE – squad is looking for a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of parole.
Costa Chios is serving more than two years for several charges, including possession of a restricted weapon, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He’s described as:
- 24,
- about 6-foot-1,
- over 200 pounds,
- green eyes and short brown hair,
- he has a tattoo of the word “bess” on the right side of his neck,
- and “chaos” on his left forearm.
Chios is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
