A 68 year old woman suffered head injuries after the van she was driving veered off the road and crashed into a house in Niagara Falls this morning.

It happened on Thorold Stone Rd near St James Ave. The van broke the gas meter, but no one inside the house was injured.

The woman was rushed to hospital. It’s believed the crash was caused by a medical condition.

Editor’s note: An earlier version of this post said the driver was in her 70s. This has been corrected.
