The Sherkston Shores vacation community off of Lake Erie is changing the stigma attached to trailer park. They have 2 model homes on display that were built by General Coach Canada.
Inside the luxury trailer is everything you’d expect in a high end home, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and plenty of natural light.
“Within 540 square feet, we’ve been able to get two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full sized kitchen, full size appliances, all the conveniences but next to the beach.”
Sherkston Shores has 1200 trailer units ranging anywhere from $20,000 for an older used one to $190,000 for the brand new one with a roof top patio.
“That really merges a great outdoor life, with the great indoor life. This is the way the industry is going, and this is what people should think about when they think about premier RV resort.”
Aside from the luxury trailers, Sherkston Shores has 4 km of beach on Lake Erie, and park residents have full access to a gym and a water park.
One of the biggest selling points for Sherkston Shores, is that it’s less than an hour and a half drive from three major cities, Toronto, Hamilton, and Buffalo.
It also has rental units, and RV sites.
