Police are looking for two persons of interest, following this morning’s deadly shooting in downtown Toronto.

A man and a woman died, and three people were hurt.

The violence started inside the Muzik nightclub at the after party for Drake’s OVO festival.

The man who died was shot on the club’s patio, while the woman was shot just south of Muzik. One officer was within metres of the woman when she was hit, and tried to keep her alive with CPR. She was pronounced dead in hospital.

Police are looking for two men. The first is described as black, around 6 feet tall, between the ages of 25 and 26. He had buzzed hair, and was wearing a purple hoodie with a colourful design at the front, and dark jeans. The second man is described as brown, between the ages of 24 and 28, around 5 foot 11, and was wearing a yellow plaid shirt.

Anyone who took photos or videos at the after party is asked to upload them to the Toronto police website at www.torontopolice.on.ca
