Unstable antenna stops traffic

An issue 270 metres above street level has had a busy intersection close for both the morning and the evening rush hour traffic. Numerous downtown Toronto streets surrounding the Trump tower skyscraper were closed to vehicles and pedestrians becausae an antenna on top of the tower is considered unstable and could be a safety risk.

Bay Street between Richmond and King Street, and Adelaide Street West from Yonge Street to just west of Bay Street were the routes affected. These streets could remained closed until Tuesday.
