A tragic weekend crash killed two Milton high school students. They’re being remembered tonight as guys who lived their lives to the fullest.

Faruq Anani and Dylan Stephenson, both grade 12 students at Craig Kielburger secondary school were killed in a crash that shut down James Snow Parkway for 5 hours on Sunday. According to police, the Nissan 350z was travelling westbound at high speeds, the car slid off the road striking the pole before catching on fire.

Around noon today over 30 students gathered in front of the crash site, overcome with shock and emotion.
“He’s a really nice guy and everyone knows him as a guy that lived life to the fullest and he’s honestly going to be missed a lot, they were like best friends.”
Flowers were piled up against the pole their car smashed into and social media was flooded with messages of condolences.

Social workers from the Halton District School board were visiting students who were having trouble coping with the tragedy.
