Tim’s Tribute gaining momentum

As we continue to follow the story of Tim Bosma’s murder, Sharlene Bosma sat down with our Nick Dixon Wednesday afternoon for an exclusive interview. In the interview, she was honest. She smiled and she continued to show her strength as well as the pride and love she has for her husband Tim.

In the days and weeks after Tim’s murder, Sharlene wore her heart on her sleeve and the public connected to her and her tragic story in a way many have never seen. And in the interview, she was as candid as she’s ever been.

Its been a little more than eight months now since Sharlene Bosma’s world was torn apart. As well all know, her husband Tim was taken from her and their daughter last May and murdered. And while her life will never be the same, Sharlene is trying to make something good come from her loss. The charity she started, Tim’s Tribute is almost a registered and legal charity. And she says there’s a lot of momentum behind the chairty as it builds and get ready to help the families of other victims.

Of course her big focus is her daughter. She doesn’t say much publically about her. But she did share this during our conversation.

Sharlene’s determined her daughter will grow to know as much about her father as she can. And she says the family has plenty of stories and memories to share.

Sharlene also told me that Tim’s Tribute continues to gain supporters and donations and is almost ready to help the families of other murder victims in Hamilton.
