Three men wanted in targeted home invasion in Welland

Niagara police are looking for three men following an armed home invasion in Welland.

Police say three men broke into a home in the area of First Ave. and Woodlawn Rd. around 10 p.m. on Saturday.

The men were armed with a firearm and a knife and stole cash and other personal items from a resident inside the home.

Police believe the suspects targeted this home. One resident suffered a minor injury.

The suspects are described as black, dressed all in black and were wearing masks. They fled the area on foot and are believed to have run south down Woodlawn Road.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Niagara police.
