The board for The Equestrian Association for the Disabled (TEAD) have accepted an offer to sell their 92-acre farm on Leeming Road in Mount Hope.
The sale of the property for the charitable organization that specialized in horse-riding therapy for the disabled will close on December 4th.
The charity is hoping to only pause operations and restructure with a startup date in April 2016.
Board chair Lindsay George said they hope to have a new plan in place in January.
The last lessons offered by TEAD will be December 14th.
