Mark Staples

Following his initial arrest, 48 year old Mark Staples had been released in February on 170-thousand dollars bail but with strict conditions.

He has now been re-arrested for not complying with those bail conditions.

Staples will be back in court in Hamilton Wednesday.

67 year old William Staples of Binbrook and his 36 year old daughter, Rhonda Borelli, were killed back in 1998.

Their badly decomposed bodies were found in a truck at a Pearson airport parking lot.
