Stabbing at Brampton high school

First Published:

Police say a stabbing at a Brampton high school has sent a 17-year-old male student to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Peel Regional Police Const. Fiona Thivierge says two males students, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested. They are still searching for another 16-year-old boy.

She says police were called to St. Roch Catholic Secondary School just before 11:30 a.m. They then placed the school in lockdown.

Thivierge says officers continue to search the school for the remaining suspect. Neighbouring schools are in hold and secure mode during the investigation.
