SIU Investigating Fatal Mississauga Shooting

The Special Investigations Unit is looking into a fatal shooting in Mississauga involving police.

Peel police were called around 12:30 a.m. this morning to a home in the area of Rathburn Rd. and Tomken Rd. for a disturbance.

At one point there was an interaction between the man and officers.

Six investigators and three forensic detectives have been assigned to the incident. A spokesperson for the SIU says the man was shot at least once.
