Brigitte Truong

Brigitte Truong is a Toronto-born television host and reporter, making her mark on a variety of North America outlets. She made her on-air debut in 2009 as a VJ on Movieola – The Short Film Channel. Since then, Brigitte has turned her journalistic eye to the film industry interviewing such notable figures as Jackie Chan, Alan Thicke and Catherine O’Hara. Brigitte is thrilled at the opportunity to combine her passion for film and news every week on The Watchlist.


Evan Arppe

Evan Arppe is a writer and television host originally from St. Thomas Ontario. In 2008 he earned a degree in Film and Media Studies from Queen’s University, and has continued studying and writing about film ever since. A seasoned host Evan cut his teeth on Movieola – The Short Film Channel, moving on to anchor a morning show on Metro 14 Montreal. In addition to The Watchlist he can be seen performing comedy on stages in and around Toronto.
