Shop your closet

If getting dressed has you stressed, fashion consultant, Erin Nadler says you should shop your closet instead of the sale rack. Pare down by ditching items that are too snug, or move them to another storage location until you lose a few pounds.

“When you go to the closet every morning and there are items that don’t fit and you’re constantly putting them on thinking this should fit and it doesn’t, that can really lead to a lot of frustration for women.”

Oversized items can be tailored to fit like new. Nadler recommends spending money altering expensive staples like blazers. Once everything in your closet is the right size and works for the season, it’s time to create outfit options.

Finish by taking photos of your completed outfits and you’ll never worry about having nothing to wear.
