More than 40 race horses killed in barn fire

A horse barn went up in flames Monday night at Classy Lane Stables in Puslinch and claimed the lives of more than 40 standard bred racehorses. The preliminary cost of the damage is estimated to be between $4- $6 million.

The tragedy has rocked the local racing community as many of the horses competed at local tracks. If you would like to help you can visit their Go Fund Me.
