Reports say the provincial government has reached a tentative agreement with another education labour union.

It’s reported Education Minister Liz Sandals says the province has reached a deal with the Education Workers Alliance of Ontario which represents a specialized group of support staff including social workers and educational assistants. The agreement still has to be ratified.

The province has reached deals with all four teachers’ unions, and support workers represented by CUPE and the Alliance. It still hasn’t reached agreements with three groups of workers in Ontario’s public schools.
