Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Premier Kathleen Wynne will be among thousands attending a memorial service Thursday morning for billionaire philanthropists Barry and Honey Sherman.
The couple was found dead in their North York home last Friday.
Police have released few details of the investigation but autopsy results showed the couple died from ligature neck compression.
Toronto Mayor John Tory is also expected to attend the service being held at a Mississagua trade and convention centre.
Barry Sherman founded pharmaceutical giant Apotex in 1974. The company is one of the largest Canadian-owned drug company.
