Pre-trial motions are continuing for two men accused of the 2013 murder of Tim Bosma from Ancaster.

The discussions among lawyers are being heard by Justice Andrew Goodman.

Bosma, 32, was killed after taking two strangers on a test drive of a truck he was selling. Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are charged with first-degree murder.

They sat on opposite sides of the prisoner’s box, and seem to have animosity between them. Both were wearing new outfits today; both were still clean cut. Millard has a long braid that falls behind his right ear.

Several members of Tim Bosma’s family have also been in court throughout the proceedings.

Last week Justice Steven Glithero recused himself from the trial, citing health complications. Justice Andrew Goodman took over; he is determined the trial will go ahead as scheduled this January.
