Death at east Hamilton home deemed not suspicious

Hamilton police say an early morning death at a home in the city’s east end is being considered not suspicious.

Officers were called to 14 Tuxedo Ave. North at 3:35 a.m. Monday.

Police say a man in his forties was found deceased inside the home.

The Hamilton Police Homicide Unit was initially called in to investigate but the death has since been deemed not suspicious.
