Laura Lehman


Laura Lehman is a host, reporter, and producer who made her live television debut in 2011 right here in Hamilton. She worked as a reporter for Cable 14 for years covering Hamilton Hurricanes (OFC) football, Stoney Creek Warriors (Jr. B) hockey, McMaster football, multiple high school ‘Steel City Bowls’ and other local sports events. She was also the host of AHL Tonight for the Hamilton Bulldogs on Cable 14 and in-arena host for the Bulldogs.

At the same time, Laura worked for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats as TicatsTV & Media Host in 2012-2013, the final season at Ivor Wynne Stadium. This was a true highlight in her career, getting to know the Ticats community so well, speaking on the jumbotron each home game, covering the Tragically Hip concert and being one of the last people to step foot on the field before construction of Tim Horton’s Field began. During these years Laura also was present at many sports events in the Niagara region, familiarizing herself with the strong sports community there.

More recently, Laura wrote highlights for the hosts on Sportscentre in the TSN newsroom and was a familiar face on the sports desk at RogersTV Peel, anchoring local sports updates and reporting at live events from Peel region.
