Many Hamilton households are still dealing with frozen water pipes.

Residents are fed up with the inconvenience of not having running water for seven days and counting.

The city delivered drinking water to more than 100 homes during the cold snap.

The operations manager at Mr. Rooter said they have had hundreds of calls and can’t keep up.

The city says it has received over 500 complaints about frozen water pipes this winter.

More than 400 in the last two weeks alone.
