Niagara pooch won’t stay in cage

Four-month-old Libby is one persistent pooch.

The chihuahua-pomeranian mix refused to stay in her cage. When barking didn’t work, she figured out how to climb up the four foot high cage. Her owner Bruce Smith of Niagara Falls says Libby made her initial escape on Monday, and he hasn’t been able to keep her penned up since.
