Niagara Falls man charged in sexual assault

Niagara Regional Police say a man charged in a sexual assault investigation could have more victims.

Police say a sexual assault was reported to them on Mar. 4, 2017.

It is alleged the victim was sexually assaulted in the area of Hoover St. and Leslie St. in Thorold on that day.

Detectives arrested Tyler Craig Magda of Niagara Falls on June 7, 2018.

The 27-year-old has been charged with sexual assault, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, robbery and two counts of fail to comply with recognizance.

Investigators say they have reason to believe there could be more victims connected to Magda.
