There’s still no sign of Shawn Kapadia, the Toronto man whose body is believed to have been encased in a block of cement that some people in Niagara saw being carried by a backhoe.

Homicide detectives have evidence that 22 year old Shawn Kapadia was killed on July 5th inside a Toronto apartment. They’ve found the missing man’s car behind a home on O’reilly’s road in Wainfleet, but they still haven’t been able to find Shawn Kapadia’s body.

The backhoe with the concrete block pulled up outside a convenience store on Broadway Avenue in Welland Sunday July 12th, in broad daylight, the driver went into the store to buy something, it was all captured on video surveillance cameras.

People in Wainfleet are dismissing suggestions it’s in the Welland river, they say the river is much too shallow. Homicide detectives are appealing to the public to help them find that large concrete block, it may lead them to the body of murder victim Shawn Kapadia.
