Millard remanded until end of the month

First Published:

One of two men charged in Tim Bosma’s murder appeared briefly in court Thursday via video link. Dellen Millard was remanded until January 30th. His co-accused, Mark Smich, was also scheduled to appear but couldn’t because of an unspecified “incident” that court officials say would “pose a security issue”. Smich’s next court appearance is also scheduled for the end of the month.

Bosma went missing in May after posting his truck for sale and taking two men for a test drive. His widow, Sharlene Bosma, and Tim’s parents were in court for the proceedings.
