Kevin Pillar sends out a public apology for his homophobic slur

Normally Toronto Blue Jays centre fielder Kevin Pillar has fans crying out in amazement after one of his signature catches. But Wednesday night, he had many people crying foul after he admitted to using a homophobic slur directed at Atlanta Braves pitcher Jason Motte.

Today, he apologized again and faced the consequences. He will be suspended 2 games.
