Hamilton settles west harbour plan

Developing the land in Hamilton's west harbour has been on city council's agenda for years, but it wasn't until last night that council settled a long running debate about the future of that land.
As Kate Carnegie reports, Hamilton city council approved a settlement proposal that maps out a plan for the area, including residential and commercial building.
